Attorney Andrew G. Jones
Andrew G. Jones founded the Law Office of Andrew G. Jones after spending six years as a founding partner of Gibbons Jones, P.C. Andrew graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in 2001 and has worked to protect the rights of Indiana workers ever since. Andrew has successfully handled hundreds of employment law cases in both state and federal courts. He has substantial jury trial experience, as well as appellate court experience in a variety of employment law matters. Andrew regularly handles cases involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other federal and state statutes that address unpaid wages, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
Andrew focuses a substantial portion of his practice on claims involving the FMLA. He has successfully represented employees who have been subject to retaliation for taking FMLA leave, as well as employees whose employers have interfered with their ability to utilize the FMLA. Andrew’s goal is to achieve the best possible outcome on each and every case he litigates.
Andrew also handles a variety of cases involving unpaid wages and wage theft under both the FLSA and Indiana state law. Andrew has litigated cases involving as few as one employee and as many as thousands of employees throughout the country.
